The villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 people across four guest rooms, a hammam/sauna room, and a basement suite with sleeper sofas.
Check-in is from 12:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability.
Keras Cliff House is designed to offer complete privacy. There is no on-site staff unless specifically requested by guests for services such as a private chef, cleaning or concierge. The only exception is the daily pool maintenance, which takes place in the early morning to avoid disturbing guests, as well as occasional gardening work, both of which are discreet and minimally invasive to ensure your stay remains peaceful and private.
We offer a range of optional services, including daily cleaning, concierge services, private chef arrangements, and activity planning. Additional services such as excursions, workshops, or spa treatments can also be arranged.

You can inquire about bookings directly on our website or contact us via email. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and the remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before your stay forfeit the deposit but incur no additional charges. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in are non-refundable.
